Return Policies
Standard product returns: The HSL will provide a full product refund if the product is in the original condition it was shipped in, is not a special order and if the vendor/manufacturer who supplied the product does not charge a re-stocking fee. The manufacturers of our products determine the final return policy. The High Speed Lab will do our best to achieve reasonable satisfaction. There is a standard 30-day limit on all returns with The HSL but, some manufacturers will have a shorter timeframe. Please inquire about an item’s return policy before or at the time of purchase for the best opportunity for complete satisfaction. However, if you realize you need to return something after purchase, don’t delay. Call immediately to determine the timeframe limits that will apply to the items you have purchased that need to be returned. There will be no additional charge for returns beyond any costs/fees incurred in the process. Shipping costs related to the transfer of items will always be the responsibility of the consumer.
Special order product returns: Special orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis and there are limitations placed on the standard 30-day refund policy.
