Payment Policies
Products will be shipped after payment is made in full. If there is a complication with your preferred method of payment, we will verify the payment method details such as the credit card number and billing zip code. If a second submission for payment does not go through we will then politely give you an opportunity to use another form of payment. Insufficient funds, declined charges, held checks and other delays in payment are private and between you and the business supplying the payment method. We will contact you to confirm all transaction information to make sure a spelling error or wrong zip code is not the reason the payment is being declined. Once it has been resolved, your order will be shipped. We will work with you to complete the transaction as efficiently as possible.
We prefer to have important personal data provided to us over the phone. Especially when it includes credit card numbers and other similar confidential information that could be stolen if emailed or shipped in a package. This is for your safety.
