• Your name
• Your contact phone number(s)
• The return shipping address
• A brief description of the supercharger (ie. Eaton M112)
• It's vehicle application (ie. 2003 Ford Mustang Cobra)
• Any details about what the blower needs or symptoms it is displaying.
• Email address (This will be used for necessary contact purposes only. We do not use email to advertise and will not send any spam. If you make payment by credit card, a receipt can be sent via email.)

PLEASE NOTE: When asked to declare the contents of the package for shipping insurance, describe your supercharger as a compressor. This will keep unnecessary attention by the unscrupulous to a minimum. Ideally, this will help keep your supercharger from disappearing in transit. You can never be too careful.
