Our high-tech rotor coating gives air a much smoother surface to pass over, creating less friction, there by requiring less supercharger drive horsepower. Two distinct coatings are applied: TLMB, a wear-resistant adhesion polymer TLML, for a slick surface Compared to uncoated rotors, this special coating process significantly reduces metal-to-air heat-transfer tightens the rotor clearance to maximize supercharger performance potential. When we are rebuilding your rotor assembly, the rotors will be set to maximize the supercharger's potential. We split hairs to make sure the rotor assembly is set up for its optimal operation, so you get the most out of your supercharger. This is especially important if you plan to run higher boost levels with your supercharger because the Viton seal can handle higher pressure and has a longer life than a standard seal. We can make a supercharger belt drive system to compliment your 1989 to 1995 3.8 liter factory supercharged Ford V6 engine configuration. A 10 rib Quick Change pulley system can be designed for the changing engine demands of street and off-road use. This kit made over 390 rear wheel horsepower in several tests. It can be used on a daily driven vehicle because you can change pulleys for anticipated driving condition. Included is one (1) 10% overdrive jackshaft pulley one (1) 10 ribbed Quick Change supercharger pulley offered in any size 3.2" to 2.75" diameters one (1) 10 rib belt one (1) tensioner pulley one (1) supercharger hub three (3) Stainless Steel socket head cap screws. This Jack Pulley and belt kit provides the biggest horsepower gain for the price with a gain of over 35 rear wheel horsepower in testing. This pulley can be used with a factory steel supercharger pulley and the required 40 inch 8 rib belt is included. This will maintain a big surface area reducing belt slippage while still getting that 10% overdrive. We use high-quality replacement components that are most often an upgrade from the original components we are replacing. If the supercharger has damaged components beyond normal wear of bearings and seals, then you may also need our Rescue & Repair Services.
